Cuddle is a web-based service only and is not available as a mobile app.

  • Yes, you can use the app for free up until the matching stage. Access to certain premium features may require a paid subscription.

  • We offer a "Gallery Feature" that allows you to restrict your photos so they are only visible to users you have personally approved.

  • Once your account is closed, your profile and message history are permanently deleted from our system. Following the principle of data minimization, we do not retain any unnecessary personal information.

  • Absolutely. There are no fixed-term contracts or commitments. You are free to delete your account (opt-out) whenever you choose.

  • To maintain a high level of trust and security within our community, we do require a profile photo. (Please note: Your public profile photo is separate from the private Gallery Feature.)
